Why you would pay money for an all inclusive resorts, when liquor and food isn't expensive. It's not hard to understand as you put it, I just don't understand it.

convenience, its hard to beat being able to walk to the hotel restaurant and stuff yourself anytime you want for "free"

I did some ruff math and for food and drink I was spending 1/3 of the daily all inclusive rate.
Like I said I don't understand it. For me walking around a super market in another country is the GOAT.
This is a DR veteran who be spitting GOOD game and is not a lame(actually has a fine ass AA wife). His words should be law when it comes to DR.

nah, thats good for snacks but im not cooking my own food on vacation, but thats just a personal preference
all inclusives is not really about saving money its that they are very convenient especially for families, and a lot of people arent trying to leave the resort and hang with the locals. In DR the all inclusives that I've been to have decent food and were relatively cheap

It has to be the liqour in the mini bar or they got their drinks sabotaged. This shyt is eery for 3 people to die like this at the same resort
Him and Flip Flops are the ONLY people one should listen to regarding travels to DR. Not even Tyler Made Dreams imo.

That's easy in DR. lol.
No expert but, assuming Dominican Republican government institutions are unreliable at best, at inherently corrupt at worst, what will make a difference is the higher profile of this case, which means they will want to reassure tourists, there is no danger. So, look for the autopsy results to provide some measure of insight into what happened, because families will likely be traveling to DR to participate in, and observe the process, they probably can't cover it up entirely. There are too many variables to consider before the autopsy/cause of death is in.

I saw another report today of a woman who died earlier while in DR under the same cloudy circumstances. It seems like her family is speaking out because of the two more recent events and shocking similarity. Apparently the woman had gotten a drink from the bar and wound up dying in her room.
