There is no video footage of anybody getting shot or shot at. Starter pistols don’t have bullets.
The prosecution has to convince the jury that the gun was pointed at Relli and the weapon was fired. The video footage shows enough to suggest that was true. Even if it was a starter pistol, it’s still a crime to point it at someone. If someone pointed a starter pistol at you and robbed you, they would still be charged as if they pointed a real gun at you. And the white witnesses reported hearing gun shots. The all white jury is going to believe them.
Right but if it was a starter pistol it proves Relli lied about getting grazed with a bullet. It also explains why police found no evidence of a shooting and proves that Relli gave police fake shell casings.

There's no starter pistol from the defense and no actual gun from the prosecution.
If police found no evidence from an actual gun at the scene and the only evidence came from Relli who has proven to be an unreliable witness than I'd lean towards the gun being a starter pistol.
I'm assuming Illz is going to testify and back up what Twelvvy said. They may bring out more people to testify that Rocky carried one.
Will the jury believe any of these negroes is anyone's guess?
