The games will still be the same just playing at different frame rates. I doubt you will ever have games solely for just PS5 pro.

of course theyll be the same but the development will prob have pro as the main platform to develop for . and if that means 30fps games then standard ps5 owners will suffer big time. 700 price point and thats without the disc drive is abit crazy for a gamer in 2024
That's never how that worked. This won't be their default system as evidenced by the price. It's a boutique item targeting a fraction of the market. It's designed to be profitable at launch.
No it won’t because Sony will realize that a vast majority of their consumers will most likely be on the 5. Wouldn’t make sense to neglect your main platform. This is literally a PS4/PS4 pro situation even less of an upgrade because the 5 is still capable.

MS will make money off multiplatform games which they already started anyway. In terms of hardware they would have to dump Series S which is not gonna happen because ultimately it holds back series X from having better graphically games. MS wont sell alot more consoles but will definitely make money this gen. They sorta chased themselves into a corner with S but also with their horrible exclusive management.
To get a PC that's better, you're looking at at least $1200 for a Ryzen 5 CPU, RX 7900XT or equivalent and the other components(RAM/SSD/Case/PSU).As a long time console warrior, and a nikka wit a PC……. nikkas crazy
