ok so my main problem (maybe y'all got any suggestion from personal experience) is INSOMNIA even when I'm very tired. basically I wake up around 2AM (my alarm goes off at 4AM) and can't go back to sleep. going for a run or whatnot doesn't work because I'm too tired. that's what happend the last time I tried this, couldn't sleep and I just had to do it before going into complete zombie mode.
previous record is 17 days currently I'm on my 8th but the days I don't work are difficult... it's really a struggle NOT to think about porn/sex
I know drinking alcohol helps with insomnia but I can't do that everyday...
If youre implying beating off helps draw fatigue and lapses you into a deep state of comatose (or aids in that effect) and all the other methods youve attempted came up nil than take care of your sleeping sitchayshun instead of an e-pact.
The magnitude of your insomnia is generally linked to your daily stresses so if you were already dwelling on shiit too much, albeit Im not physician or dikk-tition, I dont know how else to remedy that shiit besides rubbing one out.
