Fapping makes me lazy and not give a fukk about getting at girls. Not fapping causes me to be more proactive when it comes to getting at girls. Also, I use the time I'd normally be watching porn to do something productive such as gym, read, piano,study, etc. You gotta replace porn with something though or you'll relapse. You'll have a ton of energy which is why u need something to do in place of it.
