I just started taking an SSRI, brehs. This shyt makes it fukking IMPOSSIBLE to nut. This Lexapro shyt is crazy. They don’t tell you about this side effect in the commercials. I’m not fap by default at this point.

33 Days. One month down and I can unequivocally say NoFap on its own is an 'overblown' internet phenomenon. Outside of significant time gains & marginal willpower control - your not going to make 'life changing' improvement. I decided to take the entire month of January on the same schedule (nutrition/exercise/routine) bar improved sleep. There's been no gain in alertness, improvement in mood, concentration and/or energy. If this are sources of your motivation on this journey I'm sorry to say its not happening. I have a suspicion that people who take active steps to NoFap do so alongside other self improvement metrics and the overall gain of the activities is what produces greatest benefit. For those of you who are starting out don't play yourself get good diet, workout & recovery plan going.

I made it a month of no fap but got weak and logged into pornhub and busted to a bunch of black amateur porn.

The one month of fap was good for my discipline and I noticed how strong my erection was and the thickness of my sperm as I busted.
