I agree. I did 90 days days a while ago and then it pretty quickly turned back into business as usual. It's like a diet. Once you go back to your old ways you're gonna be trying to lose weight again.

I'm on No Fap for the entire year 2015 and would encourage brehs to do the same if they're about that real fulfillment.

I'm sure after a streak that long it'll be ingrained as a lifestyle to the point that I won't look at the old way the same anymore.

My days are always better when I hit a cold shower or two. And when I'm running from the showers I run from the other hard things I don't feel like doing that day
