Damn bro, I once made it to 57 before I relapsed...maybe you should break the 90 days down to a sub-goal like 20 days until you make it to 90

First rule of no fap, DO NOT LOOK AT ANYTHING PROVOCATIVE. Anything. It doesn't matter if its just a girl in lingerie or straight up porn, its never a good idea. Its basically impossible to avoid any stimulus. You got tv and internet ads with scantily clad women for shyt thats not even sexually related. You then make harder for yourself by feasting your eyes on more hardcore shyt. Its like playing to lose.
