Side note: What I've noticed is that I fap out of sheer boredom, I know it's bad. Nothing on TV, don't feel like gaming, not tired, so let's fap. 90 days is a bytch, If I can get through the first week there's hope for a breh like me.

c/s once you pass your teens it looses its excitment and you just end up doing it out of boredom.but one thing that i was found weird as shyt when i abstain from it for a while my physical appearance looks much better,anyone notice that or is it just me?? a nikka be looking extra handsome and shyt

I definitely believe that you feel better about yourself and you testosterone level is way higher which could have something to do with that.
