more like day too brah. once you lose any seminal fluid you start over. the key of this program is for your body to start to metabolize the testosterone from excessive buildup. a relapse is a relapse.
the same scientist who founded yourbrainonporn.com (gary wilson) adamantly claims there is no link between abstinence and testosterone levels.
he's been quoted as saying: "There's absolutely no evidence that ejaculation depletes testosterone. In fact, all human and animal studies point to ejaculation frequency or abstinence having no long term effect."
tons of info and links here: Any connection between orgasm, abstinence, and testosterone levels? | Your Brain On Porn
and if ejaculation affected the body so negatively, why have sex at all? how come masturbation is evil and sex is encouraged?? and what about wet dreams?
long story short i don't necessarily buy all of the abstinence/ no fap claims. i think it is largely a placebo affect. a good placebo effect, but one nonetheless. and any benefits citing testosterone levels appear to be bunk.
however; the porn addiction/ brain chemistry stuff is definitely, definitely valid in my opinion.
