Kinda sad to see Blue Bell on the list, as it was a Texas institution when I was growing up. It wasn't even sold everywhere yet in Texas until like the late 80s early 90s. Ppl would go to Dallas and get hot ice and bring it back to west Texas and slang that shyt like doing a dope deal and they would do the same with Boudain Sausage. Crazy times I tell ya crazy times

Carageenan is seamoss, its used as a thickner and a stabiliser.
Most cheap icecream is filled with air which is the cheapest ingredient, it can swell 1 cup of base product to 2 pints when making ice cream. Thats why its so cheap, air is free.
I recently fukked with them for the first time this year…that cookies and cream is crack!
