Brolic... Alcoholics
I was actually gonna say. Going into round 12. They showed jermall in the crowd and he was flexing and geeking out like he was having the time of his life. Why you look so happy watching your brother get dominated :mjlol: .....the flexing almost felt like he was saying "yea canelo can't do this to big Charlo though"

They got a weird ass relationship. But jermell has been talking crazy slick lately. Clowning him for getting slapped. Clowning his whole life pretty much. Smh. Hate to see it. They musta had a rough ass upbringing. Constantly in competition with eachother.

Yeah and Crawford said he doesn't have a problem with Jermall or their older brother. It's just Jermell that he has a problem with.

Bud mentioned at one point they were all cool/cordial until Mell became stable mates with Spence and got “extra” with the picking sides

He might turn out really good for all I know but I have a feeling like most of who mentioning him as the next big thing now didn't even know he existed a month ago, just hopped on the train when Floyd pulled that media stunt that he wants to send him against Leigh Wood on his debut fight
Lotta folks at the fight were asking if they missed his fight and looked at me crazy when i told em he fought after the main lol

Curmel got haters already after his first fight :leon:

No one hating but this isnt the first time he's talked slick about Inoue when Inoue would basically toy with him if they were to fight. I wouldn't be shocked if they moved him like Tank , as in he would never fight someone as good as Inoue till he about 28 anyway :yeshrug:

He would have to do a lot to be as good of a fighter as him. basically not lose any rounds fifth fight onward, undisputed etc

Surprised that there's all these Derrick James mentions ITT but no talk about the awful corner advice from Ramos' trainer? :mjpls:
Goofy ass told his son that he was up by six rounds after eight and that he could coast till the end of the fight

Man canelo looked sharp :whoo: .....looking like his 154 self again with the handspeed and 1-2 to the body. Nobody expected canelo to be the faster man. But I always contended prime for prime canelo has faster hands than Jermell. Canelo had been getting sloppy and wide lately. But he really shortened everything up last night. Everything was compact and precise. Light on his feet. He just picked Charlo apart.

The footwork adjustment canelo made because of the bivol fight. Canelo still learning and evolving:wow:.....dude was always in perfect position to counter. His left hook to the body was a thing of beauty. Used it to set up the left upstairs like he does everybody. Canelo gave Charlo a full blown boxing lesson.

Canelo looked hungier than ever last night :wow:

from the home of coca-cola, i'm not referring to s
These people really don't respect weight classes.
They don't respect weight classes.. they dont respect the fighters who are able to accomplish shyt in multiple weight classes.. They think that shyt Canelo, Crawford, Pac, Floyd, Roy etc did in multiple divisions was easy.. these guys are generational talents.. Can you imagine what would happen to any of these other fighters if they moved from 154 to light heavyweight to fight a Kovalev or Benavidez?
To me Crawford and anybody suggesting he jump straight from 147 to 168 to fight Canelo next is an insane idea.. Crawford should at least acclimate to these higher weights first

“This wasn’t Jermell Charlo” :mjlol:

Now donmt get too cocky though, Tszyu would respect his power a lot more than Canelo plus he’s defensively less responsible on his way in and offensiveky less tricky and less power than Canelo.

It’s not like he doesn’t have a chance but a very different starting point.

This was a thing on here breh lol. Ppl legit thought that

Floyd is probably partly to blame. If you recall, 5-6 years ago he gave an interview where he predicted there would be a Spence vs Canelo superfight in the next handful of years to determine the star/goat of this generation of boxing. I forget if he said at a specific weight class but iirc he implied Spence was going to be moving up. That type of co-sign likely fueled the fire/had it incubating.

Even in his reaction interview to the Crawford ass whoopin, Floyd danced around giving any real insight other than expressing Spence should've never still been fighting at 147 or anywhere close to it.

Lol
That included former cruiserweight world champion, Tony Bellew, who said that if Bivol had his wish and was allowed to move down to Canelo’s super-middleweight class for the second fight, he would lose.
“No one was putting their house on Bivol beating Canelo Alvarez. That is why he is the Fighter of the Year. He defeated the main man in boxing. I’m not going to lie, I think if they was to have a rematch, I would favour Canelo.”
“Bivol has gone right up in my estimations, but no one is beating Canelo at 168lb. No one.”
