good night of boxing, well worth the PPV. dirrell needs to retire, "the aztek" got lucky as hell with the judging.

lots of respect for porter. he has fought almost everybody and his skills have improved a lot. spence has impressed me again by adding a little extra challenge to each fight: going overseas for a win, boxing a boxer, and now brawling a brawler.

that being said, spence looks very slim and dry. he should stick to 147 for one more year and then move on to 154, even if it means no crawford.

garcia showing up was very anticlimactic to an otherwise fun night of boxing, LOL.

I'm still trippin off that Spence-Garcia fight already being made......who the fukk asked for this shyt?:what:.......I thought it was only between pacquiao and bud?....smh. we might not get that Crawford fight til 2021:snoop:

Nygga, that fight has not been made. All Danny did was come in the ring and call Spence out. That female reporter has no idea whats going on and ASSUMED they were fighting next. She barely knew Wilder's name.

The look on Spence's face when she said here is your next opponent is hilarious.

Whose win over Porter was the most convincing?

Thurman, Spence or Brook?

All of them were close fights, 2 of them are great too. I'd say Brook could achieve that they didn't fight Porter's fight the best but that was close too. Maybe I'd say Brook
thurman's fight seemed more like an expert boxing performance, so it impressed me more. spence's win was more exciting, though. unfortunately, i didnt watch the brook fight.

Good card. I was entertained. Should have been regular Fox tho. shyt would have gotten like 5 mil viewers with the promo it had.

I said way back early in this thread that Porter has better footwork than Spence and it give Errol problems, but nikkas had excuses :mjlol:

shyt played out like just like I said it would. Fight was super close and competitive. Had the fight 6 rds a piece, but Spence winning with the knockdown. He definitely got hit too much against a nikka as wild an as inaccurate as Porter. Especially when you consider the height and reach advantage Spence had. He constantly let Porter get off first and beat him to the turn when he would pivot. Spence was catching all types of hooks and overhand rights throughout the fight. Real talk his body punching kept him in the fight and the knockdown is what won it. Ring generalship wise Spence was lacking. He didn't assert himself like he should have.

Thurman had the footwork to maneuver Porter better even with Porter outhrowing him. nikka had him swinging for the rafter and leaping like a pitbull doing tricks On the other hand, Spence n Porter were damn near going punch for punch with only accuracy being the deciding factor, which Spence being the better puncher won. All that aggression from Porter close and mid range made the fight closer. shyt swayed one judge. Fight could have been a draw as well.

Spence definitely aint the invincible boogeyman that nikkas say he is. Very good fighter, tho. He looked too bothered by some of Porter's pressure and was moved backwards a lot. At times Porter would land jabs and Spence would just move straight back. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch fight was that good.

I think Swift/Spence is an even fight tho. If he land the type of hooks Porter was landing, shyt could get serious. :whew:
Lol....they hate this guy with a passion.
