i dont see how lubin can ever beat charlo. he cant survive a charlo counter punch and he cant outpoint him. no road to victory.
I expect Ennis to be a big name in the near future he has the flair and killer instinct plus all the tools he needs.

The same Harrison who had known stamina, chin and concentration problems going into the first Charlo fight. If anything he had more known weaknesses than Lubin now and yet he could outpoint Charlo. Charlo hasn’t separated himself from all these other top guys at 154. Lubin yet has to score a win against one of these top guys though I give that to you and the first round KO loss might be a mental disadvantage against Charlo (but it could be a great motivator too)

harrison had 2 inches of height and 2.5 inches of reach on charlo and still got KO'd in the second fight. that is the most meaningful of the 2 fights since it is the most recent. he was built to box around charlo and still got stoppedWhy can’t he outpoint him? Harrison could.

Nah, Harrison was expected to pose marginal problems to Charlo at best, he got stopped by both Hurd and Nelson before and his weaknesses were clear as day. Turns out there's not much difference between these 154er guys at the end of the day.
I like that in 154 though, one of my favorite divisions. There aren't Canelo level talents here but there are some very good fighters who are actually fighting each other and dues to their closeness in levels, stylistic matchups matter more.
I don't necessarily say Lubin beats Charlo now but Lubin can box well and surely he gonna be a lot more careful next time.

He was beating both before he got stopped and shouldn’t have got the decision in the first fight. He finally was able to go 12 rounds and got a decision.

Their first fight is like Ward vs Kovalev I to me in terms of how close it was and how the judges got it. Super controversial UD with close cards but can be given at the end of the day.Harrison wasn’t viewed as some scrub but he definitely gave Charlo a hell of a lot more problems during those 22 and a half rounds than people would have thought before their first fight.
He was ahead of Hurd when he got stopped but that’s just Hurd being Hurd, he was also down vs old ass Trout early on. His loss to Nelson was unfortunate cause he was in control and got knocked out in the last round but against Hurd it became apparent that his gas tank is leaking and because of that he can’t concentrate enough late in the fight.
Either way I don’t think Charlo has separated himself from all these other guys at 154, he has stylistic weaknesses and opponents who can beat him too, he’s not above the rock-paper-scissor script of 154. I think he beats Rosario though, can’t wait the fight.

Showtime either loss a ton of subscribers or they have a big base that watches on the app. That number is crazy low but I guess Lubin is unknown for an A side
