I need to see numbers because it sounds wrong at first glance. You said there was a spike in police brutality. I think you're just perceiving a spike in police brutality going viral as cases gain national attention. If this was the 90s, half of those cases would've gotten swept under the rug. Back in high school I did a paper on Amadou Diallo. Boy got shot like 41 times by NYPD after opening his door. That shyt wouldn't have flew today in 2024. TikTok, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram would've had a field day.
