A lot of those corporate and square black men like non black women, and it’s not just because they got clowned by black girls. A lot of black men do have colorism and hair texture issues. I’m not denying chasing thugs is a problem, but it’s not the biggest factor affecting black marriage. So between the thugs, the uglies, the men using women as placeholders, and the low effort men, black women don’t have a large enough pool of marriage material black men to choose from. This is not a new take. It's what happens in a disenfranchised community where regular men are out of work and criminals are the only men with money and resources that women need to survive.
