I really wanted to see Mark Wahlberg up there. Cannot stand the guy but he is a decent actor.

heh, Sandler. Never was into his flicks but I did like the Longest Yard remake. Couldn't understand his appeal though.

He's got another one filming right by my office the past couple weeks. Apparently it's with Peter Dinklage(Tyrion from Game of Thrones.)

Pixels, which IMDB says is about video-game experts who “are recruited by the military to fight 1980s-era video game characters who’ve attacked New York.” - Might be another flop on deck :heh:

Holy fukk. That premise. This guy is actively trying to make the dumbest movies he can at this point :snoop:

Clooney and Damon to me are far from gone. Discounting Clooney in gravity is ridiculous even though he wasn't in the movie as long as Sandra bullock he was still billed as one of the main stars for a movie with essentially two people in it. And if affleck can come back from all of his bombs the damon can surely do the same thing. Depp and Crowe are on the verge of no return both basically because of their off camera lifestyle like crowe being an a$$hole and depp just being wierd. Same thing happened to cruise he went on tv and freaked people out it was easy to tell his last movie was going bomb and that actually got good ratings people just don't want to watch him. Now the rest just overstayed their welcome sandler and vaughns comedy haven't progress with themselves or the times there're basically doing the same style they've been doing their entire career. As for Colin Farrel never really cared about him or saw him as a box office draw. Some names that should be on this list is will farrel he's become pretty stagnant same with stiller and the wilsons when their not in a wes anderson movie Denzel seems like he's making the same type of movies a lot and then there's obvious old timers like pacino deniro arnold people just don't like to see people get old.

Yeah I think all of his stuff comes from his own production company and then gets distributed by one fo the big studios.
That still won't help with that Blended bomb. It cost $40 million to make and has only made $40 million despite being out for almost a month. And Sandler's movies don't really make any money internationally either.
The trailer looked like trash tho, like what is this movie about anyway? Just go with it was his last funny movie..
