^This. Unless you're eating those things listed 24/7,the amount of levels in the food products are not enough to harm you. Plus our systems have grown to be immune to amount of crap we eat. Unless its high levels, there is no need for concern. Same thing goes for tap water. There's a certain amount of contamination that is consider safe to drink. Matter of fact it's safer to drink from tap water then bottle water. google that shyt

There are bacteria that you SHOULD actually ingest, helps build the immune system.

I think that is corporations playing a game on us again. Yeah, we need good bacteria in our gut, and skin, but these bacteria are always around us. When we inhale, particularly through the mouth, they get into our gut. It's the soluble fiber in your diet that allows them to grow in your gut which will kill a lot of the "bad bacteria", and the overgrowth of yeast. I don't know if it's healthy in the long run to rely on fermented foods to constantly keep your "good bacteria" in check because I have a feeling as you get older it may lead to bacteria overgrowth, and too much of the substances that come along with fermentation, that may cause problems. Where in your body, I don't know.

Once or twice a week isn't bad. Daily, I don't feel too confident about, especially if your soluble fiber daily intake is low.

Your sarcasm doesn't work breh.....

If its "approved" for ingestion by regulatory bodies then its food or a drug ...

Hence the name Food and Drug Administration which at this point is :snoop: :flabbynsick:
Its not sarcasm, its the technical fact. These are all simply chemicals and additives approved for consumption in the US. None of them are actually food.

I came in here expecting some casu marzu and such.

everything in moderation....of course you are gonna die if all you eat is double Whopper meals fro 15+ years...

most bacteria dies with proper food preparation and with proper diet and physical activity there is almost nothing you CAN'T eat every once in a while.

:manny: all these heath scares, and GMO's and all this shyt...its all a ploy to get you off one product and on to a new one. Eat what the fukk you want just as long as you are balancing the junk with the good grains, good greens, proper hydration and fukkING EXERCISE you. will. be. ok.

I agree... But that doesn't mean we should just accept corporations putting bad chemicals in our food that don't need to be there just so they can get their money up

They're starting to put these chemicals in everything, how u gonna balance the good with the bad if everything u eat has bad chemicals in it?

unfortunately, that has little to do with food, and a lot to do with the way we pay for health care, the other countries pay with socialism, we leave the working poor up the creek without a paddle

I agree but disagree. The overall cost of healthcare would be MUCH less if our nutrition wasnt so shyt and we weren't so :flabbynsick:
