I love that Gunther finishes matches w a sleeper hold. He has that old school wrestling look and vibe and it fits him perfectly.

Catching up right now, this show is so far.. never been the biggest fan of cm punk but he’s finally growing on me, his character feels fresh again and he been wrestling his azz off..!

My main and only lil criticism so far is that Gunther needs more of a final boss entrance.. his theme song and titantron need to be upgraded the way Roman’s was when he became the tribal chief..

I was really worried Gunther hit the back of his head on the edge of the steps on that back spot. He sold that for a good 2 minutes even though it was set up as a typical back spot. Those are the little things that take it to the next level. I played that back twice to make sure he didn't shoot crack his skull
