He has a point though, you can hate Canelo but rooting for Yarde just so the Canelo vs Kovalev fight can be killed comes off like you’d be worried about Canelo taking the biggest challenge of his career (after the Floyd fight maybe) and come out as winner. If you don’t like him and you’re confident that he’s not that good then why not root for Kovalev so you can see Kovalev beat Canelo later? I like Canelo and don’t like Kovalev (as a person) but even I would make Canelo the underdog in that fight.

He has a point because you like canelo lol. You mufukkas tell on yourselves. Id rather see 175 continue to do the good work it's been doing with providing fights ppl want to see without any of canelo's diva bullshyt. 175 is a division that moves. I prefer it that way and if Yarde is the catalyst for that to remain that way...so be it. We root for Yarde to put that racist Kovalev in the bushes Saturday afternoon. Canelo can go back, focus, and make the fight with Andrade like he needs/supposed to.

imagining kovalev slumped all in the bushes by yarde before thousands of russian fans...who are just coming off watching makabu sending comrade papin to the bushes in a war :ohlawd:

:whew:..i really hope this card plays out like that..espn needs to get on the board this year with a FOTY candidate...they dont have any IMO

On top of that, a Canelo vs Kovalev fight will be a huge spectacle and get the casuals tuned in. These are the type of fights the sport needs right now. If all of canelo's other opponents are good enough then they should keep winning. Give em a chance to take on some real threats and build up their names. But I'm sure they'll just fight some more bums and get no criticism for it:mjlol:

Canelo not worried about moving single divisions forward. He tryin to move the sport forward:CaneloRejoice:

I like Yarde but I don't think he's prepared for this level. KKKovalev showed in the Alvarez rematch he might not be in his prime but has something left. I think Yarde's gonna have a tough time getting past the jab & the right hand behind it which might get him stopped at some point
