Man I’m not mad at anybody who say that they think the fight would be different when Pac was younger. It wouldn’t be fair to discount his age when of course that can play a factor. He not in his prime.

but at the same time, he is considered the more experienced and veteran fighter for obvious reasons, however his technical skills did not match that of Ugas in regards to footwork and positioning. If you look back at the Floyd fight and even Bradley, he gets exposed there. And I was super pissed when he Lost to Bradley first time and thought it was a bad call, until I watched the fight again..It’s not a knock on him, because he has other strengths and certainly known for his flurries and always had great strength and resilience…. But the old man legs tired and cramped excuse in not valid. His legs weren’t stiff… He just couldn’t do anything with Ugas reach and superior positioning. It’s not like Ugas was bouncing all over the ring. He was right there in front of him. Again I’m completely cool with the he is older and maybe not as strong and shyt like that excuses. Valid points … but you can’t say for certainty that it would be different, because he has multiple losses against fighters who were smarter and better at controlling pace… even if he was the better fighter.

Floyd is only who he is because he is the best fighter at making adjustments. Manny is incredible. Always has been. But he is not the best at doing that.

Thank you.

They do because Roach is known to be an offensive minded coach. Floyd Sr was a defensive minded coach. But that doesn't make them one dimensional trainers nor their fighters one dimensional. If it looks like Pacquiao is just doing one thing in the ring then there's ALOT you're not seeing that I could show you.

Professional Boxing personnel in that network have told me the same in regards to roach breh, they had nothing negative to say about Sr./dont believe him to be one dimensional though.

I didn't watch this, but judging by what y'all are saying in here and everywhere else, if you really were in here saying Pac was gonna clean Spence up(you know who you are I aint gonna go quote you) you need to go slap the shyt out of yourself, it was obvious Spence was going to beat the shyt out of Pacquiao.

:usure: wasn't shyt obvious.. We don't even know if Spence can whoop Ugas.. Pac actually trained for Spence( a southpaw) with a damaged eye.. And had a few days to train for Ugas who already was sparring a southpaw and was more prepared... I'm not saying Spence woulda lost to Pac but I definitely believe Pac woulda done better....

What does his age have to do with this? It's wild how nuance finds its way into the conversation for some and not others. Can't go from respected people in boxing insinuating that Spence was ducking, to this being a "feeble 42 year old....what do you expect"? Did Bernard get ridiculed or not when he got knocked thru the ropes and said he twisted his ankle? Roy stays getting ridiculed for holding on too long. Yet, when a cat that took the fight on 11 days notice beats Manny, nobody in mainstream media is ridiculing him. I just wondered why?[/QUOTE]y:sas2:

you know why:sas2:

pacquaio is a one dimensional fighter
what gives other boxers trouble is his speed and footwork.
that shyt doesnt work as well against techanical fighters, which is why he stays away from them.

he ducked crawford for years and the spence doesnt get made if not for the accident. i knew ugas style would give him fits, and i hope they have a rematch so he can whip his ass again:yeshrug:

he really should retire tho:mjlol:

this guy can never give his opponent credit when he takes L's. always some excuse or side talk. ugas isn't close to one of his easiest opponents...which is why he whipped his ass lol
He blamed his legs.

He should have blamed his own conditioning and preparation.

Was way too out of shape when he started camp. Fight was lost there.

He's going on 43 and had a few days to prepare for Ugas..

If Spence woulda fought with one good eye and lost these same fans would be making a bunch of excuses for him too

He was out of shape, badly, leading into the fight camp.

At 43 you can't do that, the body requires consistency as you age, rather than intense re-introduction of volume.

His loss. He knows this. That's why he wants a rematch.

Bullshyt :mjlol: Pac still threw over 800 punches at 43.. Thats not a fighter that's badly out of shape.. If he complained about his legs cramping and tightening up why can't we just believe him??

That's what im saying.

His legs cramping up is lack of consistency. Anybody who been in the ring as am or pro knows legs first thing to go if you are out of shape.

It's okay, nobody is attacking your demi god. We all love Pac, it's Pac, but it is what it is.
