This is true. There is a variant of AJ that steamrolls opponents, even with his limited boxing skills, stamina and agility. He was much improved and he had great moments. To me the block was exposed at the end. AJ still has issues with ego. He cannot fully let go - the idea of being floored, getting knocked out, looking weak, it makes him feel like less of a man. It stops him from risking it all, and the risks he needs to take are what ultimately would have led to a win, given he had worked on better fundamentals. He wants to be a boxer. Whereas madmen like Fury and Usyk don't give a shyt. Fury is a boxer. But he is happy to be messy, to throw his gameplan out the window. He is happy to be a brawler for the sake of the win, eventhough he is a pure boxer. He doesn't care how silly he looks getting knocked down, he gets back up and is focused. It is ego that stops AJ. He cares too much what people think of him. The end was his ego trying to 'one up' Usyk. His ego said, I worked so hard, I am not being made a fool again by losing. But sadly he came out the fool.

he knows fury is right about him and now the biggest money fight left for him is him getting sent to bolivia by wilder. i would be positively livid too

Imagine the antics after Wilder knocks him the fukk out…he’ll probably start yelling bomb squad then start crying in Eddie hearn’s arms

Still would love to see AJ vs Wilder if Wilder takes care of business in October.
AJ doesn't suddenly turn into trash cause he lost this fight lol. That's still a compelling fight

What we really want though is Fury vs Usyk. Would be really disappointing if that isn't settled
AJ doesn't have the chin for Wilder or Fury. If he gets hit with the same punches Wilder gave Fury, it's over.
Only Fury wakes up from those punches. For everyone else it's lights out.

Joshua literally can't keep up with Usyk. Usyk is just a bad matchup for him, Usyk would be a bad matchup for Fury too because of his footspeed. Wilder might knock Usyk the fukk out though cause Usyk can be hit.

Hell nah, Tyson Fury will beat Usyk. Fury is a unicorn. It will be an interesting fight tho especially with Fury's newfound Kronk style and Usyk being a southpaw who has ridiculous technical skills.

Respect Usyk 's technical skills but Fury's skill and size would be a bit too much for Usyk I think.

Anybody else in this division I think he beats easily.

He overthinks. You can see it in his movement. Against the best opponents you just can't afford that. Usyk is not just ohysically faster but mentally loose and focused at the same times. He makes better decisions and more of them.
What was killing me was when he'd get Usyk against the ropes and then would rush in and crowd his shots as well as giving Usyk a chance to tie. Drove me crazy cause he kept doing it over and over. Also seemed those body shots were hurting Usyk and then he went head hunting.
