No idea at all. I know that Ethiopia is trying something like that now with their big population. You got many Chinese people making good bread now, but you still got many hustling to survive; India is even further behind China. The reality is that there's not enough resources in China or India to take care of their population sizes, so they have to migrate, and both governments are helping to support Chinese and Indians who migrate overseas with business and education loans. Their governments understand that they can't all just chill in China/India and that they need allies and unions to survive in other people's countries, so they cut them checks. We don't have backers, don't understand the use of allies, and all want to lead. Don't know how that could work for us anywhere.
