Bruh LA is DONE. I`m not speaking for the burbs but the actual LA. I remember when I went and barely saw any blacks, went to a laker game and saw maybe 10 black people. Typically when an area is being gentrified you at least see black people working low end customer service jobs but Black folks didnt even have that. Had an Uber driver that was black though and he was telling me and my girl how cause of the crime in the 90s most of the blacks who had the means got the hell on to the burbs, but there arent any real jobs in the burbs, the traffic is hell, and when lower income blacks got priced out of LA they pretty much had to go out there with the blacks who thought they were "Escaping" the hood, and like clock work now those few burbs went down the drain.
