I read about earlier....My boy from high school lives up there, he moved after he watched a dude die in the street in front of him. This isn't indicative of anything, other then that various organized crime/prison gangs harbor racist beliefs, and use their power to act on these beliefs. This isn't even routine among Mexican gangs on the outside, and La Eme has less then 150 members. It's an extreme sect of an already small percentage of people. Heinous and brutal as it is, and reads, it's not anything really to do with race relations or Trump, or widespread hatred of any race.
