I do, but I have 2 jobs and get discouraged trying to encourage my people to find ANYTHING until this recession is truly over. People too proud to work fast-food/manual labor, but you cannot

This. Romney is the one that needs sustained positive news, republicans are too reactionary, that is their achilles heel.
I can see why someone would think you are though. You used to criticize Obama from the left and sound like Glen Greenwald. But recently you've been damn near cheerleading for Romney.Do you just get a kick out of being a contrarian or something?
As much as I enjoy being contrarian for contrarian's sake, I haven't really posted in HL about the election for little bit till this week and my most recent posts haven't been anywhere near cheerleading for anybody. Hell even my posts in here haven't been all that bad.
Just because I pointed out that the jobs number doesn't paint a real picture of the current unemployment situation it got all the Obama fans all up in arms. Everything I posted is factual...that percentage drop is misleading and to act like it means the unemployment situation in this country is actually better is totally disingenuous. The only person that number is good for is Obama.
I never said the way it was counted was deceptive, I only stated that the number dropping below 8% is deceptive because it gives a false impression that the unemployment situation is actually improving in any significant way. Most of the paltry number of jobs being counted are for part-time work. That is not what is needed for things to actually get better.
