Yall act like PBC don't have a ton of black fighters who barely get buzz. I'm from Philly and know for a fact Fulton would have struggled to generate interest for a fight at Liacouras center, Boots only recently started started getting buzz due to MDWOG really pushing him on their platform. Until Canelo blessed lil Charlo them dudes barely had fanbases and flopped miserably on their one PPV. It's way more nuanced then yall be trying make it.

He wins, he's undisputed and he's the man in the division, increases his exposure, likely dominates on his first PPV and can basically ride that magic carpet ride forever.

In fact since Shakur is so close to Bud I'm sure he saw how that played out and is probably even more emboldened to maneuver for what he thinks he's worth.
He's in his mid 20s , recently had a huge win over Valdez that increased his buzz, and actually has other options like Loma available. He also doing the whole social media getting in the ring to call ppl out thing so I think he is fine for the long term, he actually ahead of schedule from where guys like Tank were at the same age

Of course they have fighters with no buzz...thats a given. But when it comes to bringing out new talent and making a way for them they are the best to do it after Golden Boy fell off. But Bud should be up there with Tank because he got punching power too and knocked out everybody at 147 he has fought...so why couldn't he become popping by knocking out no names?

I didn't know BoMac was a JMM stan. There's no fighter I hate more than JMM. It's like he centered his entire career around beating Manny. But no other fighter had Manny's number like him.
