So without a completed exam he was able to complete a diagnosis?
I'm not a medical physician. I'm a dentist. But the same rules apply. If you tell me your tooth hurts, I can't tell you what I have without a proper examination. If you tell me the symptoms, I can give you an idea. But I'm not about to outright say the tooth should be extracted without an exam. It's unethical.
I'm not saying he isn't fukked up but it's irresponsible as a medical professional to determine that without actually sitting down with the patient.
I always figured it was dangerous to talk like this if you don't have firsthand connection either.
You can actually put doubt in the people who do care for Spence, actually do know his medical history, actually have built a genuine relationship, etc. to get swapped out with some people who are in it for the clout/money grab.
Somebody like that going public brings more attention to their office, fans get real loud, make demands, etc. and disrupt the actual medical practices keeping Errol healthy knowing zero about Errol's medical history.
If that guy really cared and was concerned that much he'd reach out in private for example and go through the proper procedures there. Many doctors want that kind of exposure themselves.
If everyone else wants to give medical opinions, starts grinding your way through medical school.
