Honestly, I think Inoue is may be the closest complete boxer to Floyd. To me the biggest factors are the processing speed and the art of ring generalship that shows right away. From basically the 2nd half of round 1 on Inoue knew when to be first and knew what to be first with based on what the opponent was doing.

A lot of fighters who try to be like Floyd take his "tricks" and techniques, but they don't have the actual foundation and skill from the ground up and I don't think you can teach that. Inoue dynamically boxes his opponent rather than process a script/flowchart.

I still need to watch the fight but this is why I didn't wanna argue about Inoue with nikkas that never watched him outside of Donaire :snoop:

What's crazy is people don't remember he came back and punished Flash in the second fight to the point I wanted my man to retire.

Honestly if I was him I would just stay in Japan and soak up in Japanese p*ssy for like a month. They'll prolly treat him like a god out there. They just love fighters win or lose. It'll be good to be admired for a while before heading back home.
That’s not a bad idea at all. Cut your phone off. Sleep in every day. Hit the spa, see some sights, good food, lots of women. Bruh is going to have to heal from this one

Fulton was the only hype job in this fight. All these black boxing channels were hyping him up because he was sleek and had long arms lol. Just because he has those qualities doesn't make him Floyd or Andre Ward or Bud Crawford. There's levels to this.
:hhh::mjpls: You see the type of vitriol that comes when a black fighter loses

I was checking out his social media a while back and he seems like a family man. He probably gets some trim on the side every once in a while but Japanese media would shame the hell out of him if he got caught.

That jab set the table for Monster bro. It was THE most important punch & tactic of the fight. Cool Boy couldn't do a damn thing about it either. After the 2nd round, I knew it was a matter of time before the right hand was coming down the middle to hurt & stop him.
The jab was important, but when I saw Fulton trying to fight on his front foot because he was getting cornered on his back foot the countdown had begun. You can't win a fight when you constantly get cut off, AND you don't have the power to make the guy a little gun shy. Canelo was able to beat GGG because while GGG kept cutting him off, Canelo had the power to keep GGG honest, Fulton doesn't have that.

Fast and powerful to scare the shyt out of you but intelligent enough to take your apparent advantages and nullify them to where you aren't even confident using them :mjcry:

Throw something new at them and they'll answer it and punish you for even thinking about it :damn:

shyt and nelo in the second fight kept moving forward throwing body shots that would have most people pissing blood. I don't blame GGG for moving and using that jab :hubie:

honestly if donaire wins saturday...its a testament to him to being competitive at this age and being the only one to really dent monster in hard fights so far

I know Inoue gets the Pacquiao comparison for being fast, hard hitting and moving up in weight and keeping those attributes but in terms of fighting style he reminds me of a modern day Yoko Gushiken.
