Finally caught a couple matches

Tana/Sanada -- loved it. Sanada is so damn smoothe. Great lead up to the ending.

Okada/Marafuji -- the rainmaker knee block to the wraparound chin kick was :whoo:. Another awesome bout.

Hoping to watch Tenzan/Ishii soon and waiting on you loyal followers to inform us of the next must-watch bouts:feedme:

I was watching Day 2 last night since NJPW World has it up for free and it reminded me very clearly why I never watch the G1 live. Blatant filler tags, then the first G1 match has Yano...then the second has Omega AND Yoshi-Hashi. :sadcam:

Really annoyed at how Gedo books himself in his matches. Dude is ALWAYS outsmarting his opponents and making them look like fools, no matter how high on the card they are.

That's just selling like an a$$hole, too. Hopefully Yuji/Naito and Shibata/Honma deliver, otherwise this G1 is looking to be as
full
as it looked on paper.

Day 2: Naito vs. Nagata
Day 3: Goto vs. Ishii

Naito vs Nagata was pretty good, Nagata has some vicious kicks. Suprised with the result.

Anything with evil

Evil/Elgin was a nice powerhouse match, dude needs a new finisher tho.

Day 2 was a bust. Was excited for Honma/Shibata but match was wack. Wanted Shibata to win. Honma has a struggle hairline :mjlol:

You knew they were only going to have one certain tag build for Makabe and Sanada after Togi's win over Tana last night...

...and Captain New Japan. All that needs to be said.

Wonder how Marufuji and Okada will get along.

It's Korakuen, so everyone has been quite crisp and on point. Even the pin breakups on tag matches have been sharp.

Yano vs Omega gonna be:stylin:
You were right to be hyped. This is GOLD.

They're chaining the comedy and sleazy heel tactics so epically :banderas:

Then Kenny would slip in some ill shyt because this was a great platform to do that.

Kenny wins, no surprise...but this was as good a match with Yano as you could ask for
