This is a blessing in disguise. Minutes for the young kids and our vets get to rest.

get Bruce brown, Carter and Millsap out the lineup.

He can practice tho. And he’s wrong. fukk what he think. The quickest way to get Kyrie on board is to have him around the team.
It still leaves room for fukkery having him only available for practice and away. SAS is right too, what if other states start adopting NY and Cali -like restrictions. How is Nash and em gonna gameplan around Kyrie and then gameplan when he's unavailable to play? What message is this sending to the other guys, and even around the league? Ultimately if Kyrie balls out and they go to the Finals or something none of this matters. But if they fall short how do they redeem their image after bending backwards and forward for Kyrie?

Who cares what they think, Nets shouldn’t have left Kyrie out to dry in the first place. It’s not an easy subject, hopefully they’ll work through it, and Kyrie will get the vaccine, especially after having caught covid. It’s not up to ESPN talking heads to decide what’s right and what’s wrong.

i love how everyone acts like they know what Kyrie is thinking.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that that report came out a few weeks ago saying he’d be open to taking the plant based vaccine then a few weeks later the nets clear him to play. That could be very well it. :yeshrug:

And it’s true, the nets try to come off like they didn’t need him at all, until they saw how flabby harden was.

Dunno if KD is playing Christmas :francis:

Two days till Christmas and it’s a case of good news, bad news for Brooklyn.

The good news: Steve Nash disclosed Thursday morning that James Harden, Jevon Carter and Paul Millsap are out of protocols. The bad news: David Duke Jr., Cam Thomas and Kessler Edwards have entered protocols. So the Nets still have only 10 players available for the Christmas Day extravaganza in Los Angeles vs. the Lakers.

Heading into Saturday’s game, Brooklyn has nine, maybe 10 players, available at the moment: Harden, Carter, Millsap, Mills, Blake Griffin, Shaq Harrison, James Ennis III, Langston Galloway and the newly signed Wenyen Gabriel. The question mark is Nick Claxton, who injured his wrist in the Nets game vs. the Sixers. Teams have to have eight players available to play an NBA contest.
