There's no indication that either team will have slippage. Both teams made good additions at the deadline, both play defense and can score.

The EAST is loaded and BK is going to really have to grind it out from here on out. It's going to be dependent on how quickly the new additions get integrated and contribute. The talent floor across the league is high right now, and without KD they going to have to figure something out

If Durant come back, Ben Simmons maintains a healthy mental state, the New York City mandate ends or he’s vaccinated, Drummond somehow becomes a competent center for the first time in 8 years, and Steve Nash isn’t the coach he’s been for a year now…might be a sixth seed

I’m not a lakers fan
Both these teams failed miserably abs aren’t championship caliber. At least lakers got a chip out AD and Bron. Durant deserved better
