He's too small and his defense is ass. Don't think he's ready for any of the top heavyweights
Yeah it's a real mix of 'good to fight thru adversity ' and a serious level of caution especially seeing this live .
The pluses were he showed good stamina, good punch resistance and against a veteran who knew what he was doing didn't panic when things didn't go his way.
The minuses where he leans back a lot when guys are swinging at him in a straight line. And eventually he's going to get caught.
Reality is without massive changes he may have hit a ceiling. I don't see him getting massively or exponentially better in the next 3 years his best scenario is that the older guys retire and he avoids them.
He also doesn't really know how to cut off the ring and instead just chases his opponent the entire time.
Against a more dynamic and well rounded heavyweight (Ortiz or Wallin level) he's gonna be in a serious world of trouble. He's A LONG ways from Joshua or Ruiz let alone Fury, Wilder or Usyk.
I think Derek Chisora would be a decent scrap for him, but that might be a quick KO due to the mileage on Derek. Joshua Parker is probably his next best bet. No going back from here.
