If Lil Xan got a fanbase, sn1tch9 will be able to get anotha 1
I don't know why people act like music doesn't reign supreme, an overwhelming majority of people don't give a fukk about if you are a snitch, murderer, h-pusher and on all of those people are equally despicable to them if they are confronted with them in real life. They still fukk with the music. It's always been that way, music >>>. This dude allegedly raped a girl and got bigger, in which world is ratting on killers worse than being rapist? :mindblown:

If he comes out and his music resonates with people, they will fukk with it. Of course your personality might affect how people receive your music and Djs/radio might not play it and on. But it will only affect some, snitching I believe wouldn't affect that many. Specially not his fans, kids and suburbian people.

I don't know much about him, just thought I heard something. From his wikipedia I "only" found statutory rape.

In October 2015, Hernandez pled guilty to a felony count of use of a child in a sexual performance. He was charged with three counts of the offense after a February 2015 incident in which he had physical contact with a 13-year-old girl and later distributed videos of the incident online as part of a music video. Three videos are described in the criminal complaint against Hernandez. In the first, "the child engages in oral sexual intercourse with the separately charged defendant Taquan Anderson, while the defendant, Daniel Hernandez, stands behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on her buttocks. The child is nude in the video." The other videos show the child sitting on Hernandez's lap while Anderson gropes her breasts, and later sitting naked across the laps of Anderson and Hernandez.

:manny:

I saw a choke no joke video (I think someone posted it on here) where he was talking about how og juans wife cooperated with the government and told on people in some drug case and everyone knows about it

And now she runs roc nation apparently and people like fat joe and Jim Jones have no problem working with her :manny:

She works for Jay-Z that is why the booth ignores it. As soon as Tekashi69 signs with Roc Nation and Coli Dad Jay, the booth will be on 69s nuts again.

Be real people ignored because she isn't a public figure. Nobody even knew who she was or what she did until Dame brought it up. So now that we know what are people supposed to do cancel every Roc Nation artist their a fan of or something? Nobody is a "Desiree Perez" fan she isn't a singer, or actress, radio personality or anybody noteworthy for us to care about.

People cared about it up when the article was posted and re-posted by like 50 newspapers years before Dame. It’s not even about her it’s about OG Juan and worse Jay-z’s inner circle.

That nobody cares is cause all the papers are allegedly sealed, she’s a woman, nobody knows her as a gangster, nobody knows any Colombians in Colombia that allegedly got knocked and it was 25 years ago.

So when I was younger I was always under the impression that if you’re an artist the things you say and do in songs and music videos couldn’t be used against you in court

When did that change or was that never the case? It’s kinda crazy that song lyrics can be used to help make a case against you

Lyrics can't be used against an artist in New Jersey. Their supreme court ruled that it violates first amendment rights. It's only admissable if it specifically references a crime. You'd literally have to mention who you shot by name, where it happened, etc.

Most of the time the lyrics used in these cases aren't specific. They'll play them in court to paint the defendant as a villain to the jury.

6ix9ine still have millions of people still streaming his song right now on Spotify and other streaming platforms he will still have a career in this era
Why wouldn't he?

Ross was a CO.

Wayne kissed a man.

Gucci killed someone.

Jeezy sold crack to fellow black people.

Drake had ghostwriters.

Em called a black woman the N word.

No one ever cared about these make-believe arbitrary Street rules when it came to music

I knew I wasn’t buggin

I know this nine trey case is a fed case so it may not apply

but from the twitter notes I read from the trial it looked like the government was using lyrics from Tekashi songs to make certain connections

Or am I buggin?

Don’t really feel like going back and reading all that shyt again

They reference his lyrics but I don't think it was a big part of the case like Hot nikka was used against G. I doubt the feds need to go that route when they have tangible evidence.

Gummo still goes hard :manny:

and ftr I don't think 6ix was an informant at first, he just got caught up. Apparently they had others that already flipped. from what was publicized, there was a high-level member that told, pretty sure he had more info than 6ix.
