Because Shotti did what he said he'd do, he didn't fold bend or break. There's a reason the feds have such a high conviction rate, they rack the charges sky high then if the case is shakey offer you a deal.Someone explain this to me...how did 69 have a 47 year min but shotti was able to plead out to 15 years?

Are you going to take it to trial and get life if you get convicted or plead guilty to reduced charges and get 15 years, easy choice especially when you know your guilty.
69 on the other hand folded bent and was broken instantly agreeing to cooperate almost as soon as the cuffs were slapped on.
Once he did that he has to tell them any and every crime he's ever committed or if they find out he lied about anything the deals off, this is why you have him telling them stuff like he was beating on his baby mother
etc that have nothing to do with his charges.
He also has to plead guilty to all counts which automatically gives him a sentence of no less than 47 years, the only way that can be reduced is if he provides full cooperation up to and including testifiyng. Doing that
will earn him a 5k1 then depending on how complete his cooperation, testifying was the judge has the power to sentence him at his discretion which could be range from time served up to the 47 years.
