Also, as someone who actually lives in New York, the whole "black and Hispanic people are completely intertwined thing" is not 100% true. Not all black neighborhoods are mixed with Latino or vice versa. While there's not really any tension and blacks and Hispanics get along well (particularly the Island Hispanics), most Hispanics in my experience stick to their own. Even the Dominicans and Puerto Ricans I know mostly hang out with other Latinos, and the Mexicans/South Americans even more so. 6ix9ine is from Bushwick (not the black part) and he could have easily went his whole life not having many black friends.
But you're right that Latinos (of all races), Indians, Arabs, Cambodians, etc. say the n word an nobody bats an eyelash.
It's like this. He right about using the N word and "who gonna stop me".
