They cop out because the Feds have exhaustive cases/evidence that is hard to disprove. They have him on camera saying all types of wild shyt relating to gang activity. And if we keep it a buck, does anyone think a NY or D.C. jury of black and white people are gonna feel any remorse for a vulgar Mexican pedophile who runs around saying "nikka" all the time?

Him being on camera saying wild shyt, keeping in mind that he's a gangsta rapper, isn't exactly concrete substantiated evidence that he is an active gang member committing crimes tho. If they had him on wiretaps or sumn saying some criminal shyt then that's different, but him just posturing for the cameras isn't solid, every fake gangsta rapper is on that type time for the most part. He doesn't deserve any remorse because he is clearly an idiot, but he does deserve a fair trial and for the court to be objective and practical when analyzing his charges.

Bobby's story is actually tragic. He was raised in the set. His family was part of it so he naturally became part of it. And he was a known shooter by the cops before he was rappin as the GS9 was already getting investigated. His future was set long before he picked up the mic. But him and Rowdy was actually trying to move away from the street shyt and into the music. They knew it was a way for them to go legit. You could hear it in their interviews.

These charges are serious. Feds have a 95% conviction rate. Even if he snitches, hes still going to do time. A lot of time. At least a decade.
