If he beat this he really is the feds.

You don’t beat a RICO case without snitching.

That Tr3way dude better watch out
I know a dude who beat a RICO case. And he was the target / head of the org.

Treated the time in Fed holding like a vacation and was back home in Massachusetts before his dinner got cold.

Federal charges may be 99% conviction rate but those are the ones that get past the preliminary hearings and make it to trial/plea deal.

Most people get cold feet when they throw those years at you (“life”) and cop a plea and never see trial.

...that would explain the 'ralis warning him about the "super violate" thing, IF that part is true.

Yeah, I can see a situation where he's cooperating with the feds, indicted for the gang initiation but have his sentence lessened in exchange for his testimony regarding the gang's other activities.
i wouldn’t even put it past them to exaggerate or mislead him about a threat on his life, just to get cooperation

Yup these dudes were late 30s and 40s still committing crimes smh

Never understood why hip hop forums on the internet think people stop being criminal at a certain age. Yeah, when they're like 70 and have no choice, physically, lol. 40+ are usually the trigger men out here, the kids are the ones doing reckless stupid shootings, the 49 year old leaves you and you alone stinkin, gets his bag and goes on about his day

Not true breh. The FEDS told Tony that Junior was planning a hit on him and he wasn't a snitch.

:lolbron:

They told him after the hit went south. They warned tony about the hit from NY but tony was cooperating with them as far as terrorism goes. Either way it’s too much of a coincidence with the staff switch up, mention on BC, etc. Dude is at the best in contact with them and at worst snitching on the whole crew
