This is fake news, TMZ would've been all over this shyt if it was true. You nikkas wishing prison on this honorable young man make me sick :scust:
The article says since he’s being held without bail on the federal case he can’t be on probation so he’ll get time served

I guess that’s what they mean by being resentenced

Read the article first man lol

So he honorable? The dirty nikkas are the evil ones right?
Staying solid and not snitching while facing a life sentence is about as honorable as it gets :manny:

Page 6 is a pretty reputable site. Also it's almost a given that his probation case will have to be revisited. Getting arrested is a violation of probation. But the only thing they're saying is when his probation case is revisited if he's given prison time the time he's serving now will count as time served towards that.

How can they re-sentence him without another trial?
Aint that double jeopardy if they retry him? Or is it different if his first trial was state and they retry him federally?

No, but I've read probably 400 plus indictments and criminal complaints, and a few hundred more motions and filings in federal court. It's something I am interested in. So, in no way would I represent myself as a lawyer, but I have a base of knowledge on these subjects. People always ask me if I am a lawyer.

if only I would have done that.
You've spoken about ya past on here man and you come off as a real genuine dude, and you drop a bit of knowledge about the law everytime indictments get served
Think about it breh you could be the next Issac Wright Jr, and like others said we always need more representation in these fields
