Individual 1 is likely someone who was tenuously involved, and wouldn't really be exposed criminally, at least not yet. A cooperator would likely be labeled CW or CHS. An unindicted conspirator would be someone who is possibly cooperator, or just hasn't been charged, but was involved, and could face charges.

So, in no way would I represent myself as a lawyer, but I have a base of knowledge on these subjects. People always ask me if I am a lawyer.
