Explain
In a nutshell, this was something the feds created during the cocaine cowboy years. Basically they couldn’t pin anything on the big timers so they came up with the Rico Act which basically states if you can just be proven to be affiliated with a criminal organization you can be legally charged with the criminal actions of its members.

So they were able to pin murders on shot callers and even bankers in Miami who never pulled a single trigger

fukk it, if 6ix goes down he goes down a legend. Decades from now we going to be talking about the legend of the Rainbow head mexicac blood that stomped through Cali daring nikkas to test his gangsta, pulled up to SA amidst threats from the Tango Orejon Cartel and told them to suck his dikk, then rode to Houston to call J Prince son a fakkit to his face... and flew back to NY after all that untouched :wow:The Test My Gangsta World Tour will never be topped. I just wish it didn't have to end like this man... Not like this :to: Free 6ix9ine man
