This is not true. Schools are still highly segregated and underfunded in most major urban areas and rural areas. I don't know which fortunate city you were in, but that is nowhere near the case in the east coast. And as far as "culture" goes, the whole point of integrating schools is to eliminate a lot of the barriers that students face because their parents are working and cannot go to PTA meetings and shyt like that. There's a reason that kids from poor neighborhoods sent to more affluent schools perform better, they benefit from those same nagging stay-at-home moms.
What schools have you been to? This country will always be segregated. What @tuckdog says also matches my experience in urban inner city schools in NYC and Buffalo. The schools aren't George McKenna Story status anymore. Kids are taught through modules, every room has a SmartBoard, every school has laptops, iPad's, computer rooms, stocked libraries.

The smart criminals are trying to appear as legit as possible. The first thing they do is try to ‘acquire’ official business and go under the radar.

these street level thugs just want notoriety.
The Feds don't know "smart criminals" exist.

If you're on their radar, they have way more time than you do and they're patient.

There are a lot of factors that go into who ends up indicted and who doesn't.....The major ones are

If you are in the top tier in your criminal field, there is a significant, almost certain chance you are targeted

If you are in a group or network, from large to small, the risk is significantly higher

If you are involved in violent acts, as well as drug trafficking, fraud, human trafficking, the odds go up

Luck plays a part, and just how fate falls. You can sit down one time with one guy for a meeting about criminal activity, and that person gets indicted, gives you up, and now they are on you. One person way down the line can get arrested, and start cooperating, and it slowly bleeds into you.

But, 69 would fall into the reckless, foolish, sloppy category, easily.

2018 will go down as one of the craziest years for rappers.

These dudes OD'd, got murdered, got 25 year sentences and caught Fed charges :hubie: if the current vibe of Hip Hop doesn't tell you shyt needs to be baptized in holy water, I don't know what else to say.

shyt reminds me after Pac and Biggie got murdered, nikkas just wanted to have fun and get jiggy with it. That gangsta shyt is cool sometimes but it puts a shadow over nikkas they can't feel cuz they getting money at the moment.
