NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
Nah gravano was a real killer who snitched.

69 is Henry Hill. Around real gangsters playing the part but really terrified on the inside. Then the snitching.
Real talk tho. Gravano snitched because they played recordings of Gotti not only snitching on him. But pinning all kinda murders on him. It was more of a revenge snitching. Lol

That’s not really the case anymore with technology.

Nobody really uses textbooks like that anymore, everything’s computer based and teachers have access to the same programs.

And with programs like Title 9, some inner city schools are better funded than suburban schools.

Macs, ipads, and smart boards in every classroom and a great library.

I’m strictly talking public schools though.

Of course private schools will be well ahead of both.
This is not true. Schools are still highly segregated and underfunded in most major urban areas and rural areas. I don't know which fortunate city you were in, but that is nowhere near the case in the east coast. And as far as "culture" goes, the whole point of integrating schools is to eliminate a lot of the barriers that students face because their parents are working and cannot go to PTA meetings and shyt like that. There's a reason that kids from poor neighborhoods sent to more affluent schools perform better, they benefit from those same nagging stay-at-home moms.
