It’s gonna happen on a micro scale. The blacks that want to improve and have the fortitude to stick to, I wouldn’t say a righteous path per say, but a disciplined one, will succeed to some degree, and we raise children in that mode amongst those type of people, that being said only those certain blacks will be able to do it, there has to be some divide in those that do want a better future and those that don’t care for or even can imagine it.

Shotti is a manager so he can bank the cash he is getting of tekashi using that position as his "job" and means of income for the law.
