They don’t need evidence actually. This video will serve as a reminder that not only was he gang affiliated, he was casually insinuating he would put out a hit. This is nothing more but to make him look worse in court so all that “I’m a victim/not a real gang member/it was all image” shyt won’t be believable for his defense, not that it would be believed anyway but he got himself in a lot of unneeded beefs that was separate of shotti or anybody that was extorting him.

Complete coincidence. Its just bad luck that he was joking about having somebody shoot him and then someone completely unrelated tries to shoot him. Completely coincindental. He wasnt really threatening him, he was joking with him. The video doesnt show the part where 6ix9ine calls back on some "gotcha, i was just fooling, lets hang out sometime" shyt. 6ix9ine is just a kid. He was just trolling. He doesnt even really know what a Blood is, he thinks its a just a friend circle who like the color red, like the boy scouts but different.Yeah cuz a blood member putting a 30k hit out on video is nothing serious. Especially when there is a shooting incident at the location where he asked the person he was putting the hit on was located. Not substantial at all

None of that shyt matters if Teflon 6ix can convince the jury/judge that he believed he and his family would be in danger if he didn't commit these crimes. The fact the alleged leader of the 9treys is on wiretaps plotting to kill him the second he publicly cut ties is more than enough to prove his defense. This is an easy to win case for any competent legal team. I honestly think he did that Breakfast club interview knowing this.
People really think this is an episode of CSI and you need DnA and a body and a murder weapon to get a conviction.
