The crib is in his name. You think a valid excuse for having an AR-15 and the stolen bookbag from an armed robbery that was on camera that they believe 69 was in the SUV when it happened is I haven't been in that crib in months? Alright so he's going to have to say who has been in the crib and who put those things in there (i.e. snitching). There's no way he's getting out of this unscathed without biting the cheese. They also say they have evidence of 69 ordering some of the hits/robberies.
Then there's also the matter of him likely violating probation that he has 3 years left on.
Everything makes sense now, this nikka Shotti was the snake all along. 6ix9ine trusted Shotti so he let him handle all the bread naively assuming he would break everyone off properly. The Billys weren't seeing a dime of it and robbed 6ix9ine because they felt he wasn't holding them down despite them riding for him, and 6ix9ine got caught lacking because he never expected them to turn on him. 6ix9ine prolly immediately hit Shotti up like wtf is going on and Shotti prolly told him they were just some dirty bloods jealous of his success. Whole time Shotti playing both sides, pocketing everything on the low and piping his baby momma behind his back. Billy Ado peeps game and hits up 6ix9ine to tell him Shotti is playin him, but 6ix9ine ain't believe it cause some Billy nikkas just robbed him. When 6ix9ine finally found out how much he was really supposed to be making he was livid and cut everyone off cause he felt he couldn't trust anyone in his circle anymore. Shotti snake ass prolly then hit Mel up amping shyt like 'how dare this nikka betray us after all we did for him

'. Feds catch all this on the tap and bring 6ix9ine in offering protection. 6ix9ine, still heated, wanted all the smoke so he declined the protection and hopped on IG to tell Shotti n them to come for him if they want him. Feds realized a big showdown between 6ixavelli and the 9treys was about to go down at the casino, so they prematurely wrapped their investigation to prevent a potential massacre.
