ICE clout chasing

shyt, there's a chance his mother is undocumented. Imagine if they deported her just to spite 6ix9ine
And even those who even show a hint u gotta be careful with. U think they triacial at least. But they white

Like Stephanie Santiago. Thought she was at least at max 30% black

But nah

Also there's this

Some of the Puerto Ricans who even look triracial still r Majorly white

That also speaks to how weak White genes r. Cause for being 60% white she don't look like it

I think she does look 60% white. Compare her to someeone who is 60% black and you'd see a huge difference.

But "white" in the US means fully white looking and not mostly white looking so I see why you think that.

Based on the evidence we've seen thus far 6ix9ine had nothing to do with the robberies or shootings in question; he was literally just there. 6ix9ine's defense that he was a victim is solid and it's corroborated by the fact the Feds have some 9treys on the tap plotting to "super violate" him the same day he cut ties. If this shyt even makes it to trial, he can pay some of the off duty police he had as security to testify as character witnesses. Like the lawyer said, this case is flimsy at best. I feel like the label probably peeped this also and decided to delay the album to release it once he beats the case and can give it a proper press run with his buzz at it's absolute peak.
Coli lawyers. So you saying he going to be out next week? He going to pay the cops off to testify for him. The feds are stupid and put in all this work for nothing. Man coli lawyers should text all judges and investigators and say you don’t have a case. It’s weak. You need contact Big Meech , Rondo, Tay K and tell the judges your cases were week. Let them go I’m a certified coli lawyer.

All these dudes is retarded. NTG were smart for putting the battery in dude's back so he'd have no choice but to run to them for security, but you're not supposed to let the rainbow golden child let off shots and film everything. The wolves took his chain and kidnapped him too early too, but they were probably fed up of with his antics and couldn't resist the lick.

How you gonna bring publicity to the gang as you're still robbing and shooting in broad day. Guaranteed 50 dropped some jewels on transitioning too.

Be an og and catch 20 in your late thirties breh... catch a case after you've done been wilin out for 20 years and shyt is behind you brehs... bring the whole crew down cause you let the chosen one take the place of a replaceable pawn brehs.

:snoop::francis::beli:

edit: I just read the case started in 2013 so at least they didn't bring all that heat on themselves through 69.

It's starting to seem that NTG was so divided that one side was protecting him from the other side while taxing him..

Sounds good till you remember that when you get in a jam you have to use a pay phone to call someone and hope they’re home and have call waiting.

Must’ve had pros growing up back then but nah I’m good.

lol you don't even have to go back to the 70s for that. Not having a cell phone was totally normal until the 00s. So everyone here over the age of 40 spent a good chunk of their life not having a cell phone most likely

there was division

The dude who got locked for kidnapping 69 was the dude in LA at the airport who threw the first punch at the Texas dudes st airport brawl.
The Feds picked him up for the kidnapping. So yea there’s def division. I doubt the Feds care tho.

Breaking news: Tekashi 6ix9ine has been released from Federal Prison of Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detetion Center.

As we know, Tekashi’s case has been a high profile one since he’s one of the most talked about and controversial artists in the game. Daniel Hernandez, better known as 6ix9ine/Tekashi69, was placed in the general population of the prison deemed “extremely dangerous” by the United States Justice Department.

But as of yesterday, November 21st, he has been released from the federal metropolitan detention center. A search of the Federal Bureau of Prisons website clearly states that Tekashi, who was inmate number 86335-054 at the prison was released yesterday. See screenshot below. It is interesting to note that no announcement has been made about the release yet by anyone from his team or the authorities.

Two of Tekashi’s other associates, Kifano “Shotti” Jordan and Faheem “Crippy” Walter are still locked up, according to their website with the release date listed as “unknown.” It isn’t clear if Tekashi is back home or has been kept by the federal authorities at another secure facility to avoid any trouble but chances of the latter being the case are low, according to an expert HHNM spoke to.

Tekashi was arrested on racketeering and firearms charges earlier this week, amounting to a total of 6 counts that could mean 32 years to life in prison for the rapper. Yesterday, Tekashi’s reps announced that his upcoming album Dummy Boy, featuring guest appearances from Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and more, has been pushed back from its original Nov. 23rd release date.

UPDATE #1 TMZ

Tekashi 6ix9ine has been transferred to a federal facility that is regularly used to house witnesses who cooperate with the feds ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the new detention center tell TMZ ... the U.S. Marshals facilitated the transfer Wednesday night. Our sources say 69 specifically asked to be in a unit away from the Crips and the Bloods.

69's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, would not comment on whether his client is trying to cut a deal in return for spilling the beans on others in his racketeering case ... he would only tell TMZ the transfer was for "security reasons." Lazzaro tells us 69 was getting threats from gang members at MDC.

Tekashi, who was behind bars until Wednesday night at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center where he was exposed to other inmates in general population, is now in a unit with "neutral inmates." Translation -- no gang members.

TMZ broke the story ... Tekashi was arrested Sunday night for alleged racketeering. Authorities claim he was involved in conspiring to commit armed robberies, drug deals and shootings. They believe 69 personally committed an armed robbery back in April, among other charges that span over the last 5 years.

UPDATE #2

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine had to be transferred from a federal jail in Brooklyn Wednesday night amid threats to his life, The Post has learned.

The rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, has been removed from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park where he had been placed following his Sunday arrest — despite concerns that he was a target of gangbangers who wanted to “super violate” him.

Hernandez’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, said he did not know where his client has been taken except that he was removed from Bureau of Prisons custody — entirely — on Wednesday night.

That most likely means that Hernandez has been placed in protective custody with ICE, whose Homeland Security Investigations unit busted him for being a member of a violent street gang.

HSI did not immediately return a request for comment. BOP also did not return a request for comment but their website says the “Oof” rapper was “released” on Nov. 21.

Hernandez was arrested over the weekend and charged along with five others, including his former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan. Prosecutors charged the men with racketeering, saying they are members of a violent gang operating out of Brooklyn and Manhattan known as the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

But Hernandez was also at odds with some of his alleged fellow gangbangers, who were caught on wiretap saying they wanted to “super violate” him for having fired some of them, including Jordan, the feds have said. In gangland, to “violate” someone means to hurt them, including by shooting them, prosecutors said.

Prior to being removed from BOP custody, Hernandez was the subject of a “separation order” while in prison, his lawyer said.

Such orders are put in place by the feds to keep certain prisoners apart from one another — whether because of safety concerns or fears that they will conspire in prison, said Larry Levine, director and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants.

But they are not foolproof, Levine said.

“I had a separation order and we’d go down to religious services and slip through the cracks,” he said about his time in a Los Angeles federal prison.

:youngsabo:

off topic: Remember what they said about the topics that would exist if the coli was around in the 90's?

If this was the thread about 2pac going to Rikers this comment would read like this:

This dude participated in the sexual assault of a Black woman and you have individuals in this thread that find it absolutely apalling :picard: that anyone would want to see this piece of shyt behind bars.

Not really following your logic here as there is video footage of 69 with the half naked 13 year old girl....and he plead guilty.

Pac always maintained he never had any non-consensual contact with the woman....and there was never any proof he was even present when the assault took place, which is why the charges were dropped down from rape to "groping a fan".

So yeah....this is a massive reach.

Fred.
