I admire your faith but I don't think any lawyer going to put out a statement speaking negative about their client.Based on the evidence we've seen thus far 6ix9ine had nothing to do with the robberies or shootings in question; he was literally just there. 6ix9ine's defense that he was a victim is solid and it's corroborated by the fact the Feds have some 9treys on the tap plotting to "super violate" him the same day he cut ties. If this shyt even makes it to trial, he can pay some of the off duty police he had as security to testify as character witnesses. Like the lawyer said, this case is flimsy at best. I feel like the label probably peeped this also and decided to delay the album to release it once he beats the case and can give it a proper press run with his buzz at it's absolute peak.
That's what they get paid for.
