$6200 A Month Dallas Apartment

Bought my house at 380k 5 years ago, worth close to 600k now although it fell a bit with the cooling market. 51 yrs old. 20+ years in the workforce and at close to $1M in 401K. That ain’t including the wife’s retirement accounts. I’ll have my house paid off in like 10 years….no rush at 2% interest. You ain’t shyt to me, lil boy.
Best believe if I had $6200/mo to spend on a crib, it ain’t some fuk boy apartment.
