How? Ali didn’t challenge an extremely outmatched beginner three consecutive times like Floyd. I’d respect Floyd more if he fought and defeated Tenshin in MMA or McGregor in kickboxing.

I remember that. That was more of a "work", like a pro wrestling match. Notice the fight took place in Edmonton where Samenko played for the Oilers. It was just to entertain Edmonton Oiler fans. They "fought" to a "draw".
Floyd actually whooped Tenshin's ass, and the McGregor bout - which to be fair, was not Floyd putting in actual effort - actually counts on his record.
Anyway, I'm more or less finished with this topic. I just don't like that he's actually fighting these people and getting knockouts, and not taking the intentionally silly pro wrestling route like Ali.
